Admission to De La Salle College is based on:
- A personal interview
- An assessment of all required application documentation (see Instructions Link above) such as the student’s school records, teachers’ comments and the SSAT (Secondary School Admissions Test - www.ssat.org/ontario) for grades 7 and 9 and an in-house test for grade 5 and 6 students.
- Previous co-curricular experience
*Please Note: Due to changes to the reporting cycles mandated by the Ministry of Education,
De La Salle College will accept a FINAL REPORT from June 2011 and the recently released
anecdotal reports. The College may use its discretion and ask for the February 2012 Report
Card in order to complete the application file.
The admissions process begins in the fall with our Open House. Once the
required application material has been submitted to the College, the De La
Salle Admissions Office will contact the family to arrange an interview.
Once all applicants have completed the Admissions process, De La Salle College will be able
to determine which students are best-suited and best prepared to join the school. Admissions
decision letters will be mailed to parents by February 24, 2012.
